Job Description:
*Review and analysis of project requirements for clarity, understanding and testability
*Providing input, creating and/or executing testing artifacts to include but not be limited to: Test Plans, Test Results, Metrics, Status and Defect Reports
*Execution of manual and automated test scripts for functional and performance testing
*Coordinate operation team testing process, run daily test calls, assist in facilitating go/no go calls
*Provide specific guidance on defects to developers and logs, tracks and verify resolution of software and specification defects
*Providing weekly status reports to Management
Basic Qualifications
*Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent experience
*Experience of performance testing concepts, tools and design decisions, within a change team or in the scope of operational testing
*Ability to analyze and formulate functional and performance test strategies
*Knowledge of QA methodologies and processes and previous experience in QA testing
*Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to efficiently articulate technical subject matter
*Strong organizational skills and requires the ability to read, write and speak English fluently
*Professional demeanor, resourcefulness, flexibility, and self-motivation
*Ability to maintain a positive attitude in high stress/fast paced work environment
*Team player, reliable and dependable
