Role : Sr.Analyst |Specialist | Team Leader | Deputy Manager
Experience : 1 to 10 years
Education : B.Com, BBA, BA (Economics), BBM, M.Com, MBA, MA (Economics), ( Any Finance Graduation)
Desired Candidate Profile :
At least 3-5 years of experience in Capital markets working in Pre Settlements, Settlements and post settlements activities.
Should have experience in trade capturing, trade allocation, confirmation, fails investigation and fails management.
Should have exposure to various markets like Euroclear, EMEA, US etc.
Should have worked on products like equities, fixed income and derivatives settlements.
Should have good understanding of Trade Life cycle.
Key Responsibilities / Functions / Role: Liaising with brokers and custodians to resolve trade discrepancies.
Make or receive domestic and international calls.
Meet process SLAs.
Help fellow team members in completing their task.
Take the lead in training new recruits.
Work as back up to team lead.
Facilitate and implement process improvement ideas to improve efficiency.
Skills Required :
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good people management skills
Ability to interact with Delivery Managers/ clients effectively and manage SLAs
Ability to work under tight timelines.
Willing to work in any shift including US shift.
