Job Overview:

We are looking for (KYC & AML) Analysts to be a part of the industry's first Centralized On-Boarding Service.
We are looking for people with high energy, the willingness to learn, be patient and persistent, constantly look for a more efficient ways to do things, never compromise on quality and can deliver exceptional client service.
It is desirable that the candidate has Capital Markets experience but strong academic performance or experience in a related industry will also be Preferred.

Job Description:

Assess client legal hierarchy and the Know Your Client (KYC) documentation required as per policy
Analyze information received and assess additional steps required to complete KYC as per procedures
Document findings and ensure this is adequate for quality checks and audits
Able to identify red flags and judge the need for escalation
Able to meet timelines and turn around completed cases to meet service level agreements without compromising on quality
Identify, recommend and implement process improvement methods.
Act as a buddy and assist more junior members of the team
Maintain a record of and report progress as required

Desired Candidate:

Strong understanding of Capital Markets Business & Capital Markets or Bank AML and / or KYC experience
Strong research skills along with previous experience
working for a research or data provider Strong focus on quality along with an ability to read & understand and adhere to procedures
Given the dynamic nature of AML and Sanctions, the ability to keep pace with constantly changing requirements Strong communication skills Ability to seek and act on feedback.
