The plant is expected to begin production of desktop computers in the first half this year, with an initial capacity of 400,000 units per annum. The company has left aside 100 acres of land from its Hi-Tech park for the facilitation of information technology suppliers in that location. Currently, the company operates with four customer contact centres across the country located at Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chandigarh and Gurgaon, employing over 14,000 employees.
